Refund and Return Policy
Thank You for Your Purchase!
First and foremost, thank you. Thank you for choosing to spend your time with my words, for investing in stories that capture the imagination and the heart.
Your support means more than I can express, and it allows me to keep doing what I love most: writing books that inspire, uplift, and connect.
A Note on Digital Purchases
Because all items in this shop are digital downloadable eBooks, they are unfortunately nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
This policy is standard across the publishing industry for digital products, as once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
But What If Something Goes Wrong?
If you experience any technical issues with your download—if the file doesn’t load properly, if it’s corrupted, or if you’re unable to access your purchase—please don’t hesitate to reach out.
I want you to have the beautiful reading experience you deserve.
Contact me, and I will do my best to personally assist you in resolving any technical difficulties, or provide guidance on how to access your file on your preferred device.
Your Satisfaction Matters
I pour my heart into every book I write, and my greatest joy is knowing my stories have found their way into the hands of readers like you.
While I cannot offer refunds on digital purchases, I am always here to help with any questions or concerns.
Thank You, Truly
Thank you for your understanding, your support, and your love of books.
I hope your journey through my stories is everything you hoped for and more.
I look forward to doing business with you again soon.
With deepest gratitude,
Destiny Divine
