Let me tell you a secret: I love books.
Not just any books—good books.
The kind that wrap around your heart and refuse to let go.
The kind that introduce you to characters who feel like old friends.
The kind that leave you just a little bit better, a little brighter, than when you started.
And so, The Divine Book Awards were born.
Why I Created This Award
Like many authors, I once dreamed of seeing my name on the New York Times Bestseller List, or holding a prestigious literary award in my hands.
And who knows? Maybe someday.
But I realized something wonderful along the way: I didn’t need to wait for anyone else’s permission to celebrate great books.
I could create my own award!
The Divine Book Awards are my heartfelt tribute to the stories that matter—books with strong lead characters, moral depth, and positive, uplifting energy.
This award allows me to honor not just my own work, but the exceptional books by other authors that have moved me, inspired me, and made an impact on my life and writing.
What Makes a Book Divine?
A Divine Book Award winner is more than just a good read. It’s a book that:
